Oxbridge Tutor Standard of Service

I'm a full-time, independent tutor and examiner; teaching school, college and university students worldwide.

Helping my private students achieve their academic goals is therefore my only professional consideration: I shalln't be turning my attention to your Oxbridge application after a long day at the office!

I endeavour to provide the following standard of service:

• acknowledge students' emails immediately on receipt;
• indicate, on receipt of work for editing, when it will likely be returned;
• edit work against relevant assessment objectives and marking schemes;
• provide an up-to-date online diary giving my availability for consultations, tutorials and mock interviews.

I suffer from a recurrent illness which may, occasionally, make me temporarily unavailable for work and unable to accept new students.

I endeavour to ensure that a link to my Terms of Engagement is always available on:

• each page of the website,
• my email signature,
• each electronic invoice.
